Major Project Experience
- Program Director for multiyear Strategic Partnerships with Fortune 500 Companies for a large consulting organization. Programs included acquisition and divestiture due diligence, decommissioning, demolition, compliance, Environmental Management Systems, wastewater treatment facility design (NPDES, Pretreatment in multiple categorical standards), construction management and operation of numerous environmental control facilities. All programs involved oversight and resourcing of all projects in North America and around the world including China, India, Brazil, Australia, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic and Turkey.
- Program development, rollout and third party independent manager of multiple corporation-wide automated liability reserve management programs for national and international operations.
- Program and Project Management of wastewater, storm water and groundwater treatment systems including design, construction and long term operation and maintenance.
- Program Manager for multiple large scale national and international due diligence acquisition assessments on expedited delivery schedules incorporating local internal and subcontractor resources in regions around the world.
- Project Manager for Brownfield redevelopment projects including the largest in Michigan involving former manufacturing / assembly facilities, foundries, metal finishing and salvage yard operations on over 520 acres transitioned to recreational, residential and light commercial development.
- Program and Project Director responsibilities for sediment remediation projects. Experience includes sediments impacted with PCB’s, hexachlorobenzene, chlorinated semi-volatile organic compounds, metals, PCBs, and asbestos.
- Program Director of a multidisciplinary project teams for single and multiple regulatory programs including CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, NEPA, and many State programs for remedial investigations and corrective measures and closures for large chemical and petroleum facilities.
