Major Project Experience
- Project Manager for investigations, demolition and remediation of a 34–acre chemical manufacturing facility in Sevran, France.
- Managed a multi–cultural and multi–functional team through complex issues related to a childhood cancer cluster at a redeveloped Former industrial facility in Vincennes, France.
- Manager for numerous environmental investigations and health risk assessments related to the closure, partial demolition and sale of a 50–acre chemical manufacturing plant in Kirkby, England.
- Technical lead and project manager for soil investigations and environmental risk management during demolition works at a 30–acre manufacturing plant near London, England.
- Environmental Project Manager for the closure and divestiture of over 40 photofinishing sites throughout western Europe including sites in France, England, Spain, Portugal, Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Team leader for numerous divestiture and acquisition projects (Mergers & Acquisitions). Highly skilled in the evaluation of environmental risks and liabilities as well as presentation of findings and recommendations.
- Technical manager and reviewer for over 100 Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments performed to identify, evaluate and quantify environmental liabilities at manufacturing, photofinishing and office sites worldwide. Prepared cost estimates used to secure financial reserves for identified liabilities.
- Project Manager for a groundwater remediation project in Oklahoma where multiple off–site sensitive receptors created a challenging environment. Preparation and negotiation of Voluntary Cleanup Agreement. Negotiated soil vapor extraction system shutdown as well as reduction in groundwater monitoring frequency.
- Project Manager for soil and groundwater investigations related to the closure of large chemical manufacturing facilities in Brazil, Mexico and France.
