Major Project Experience
- O&M Project Manager for 450–gpm groundwater and 2,000–cfm air remedial system for treatment of source related soil and groundwater. Treatment of water includes clarification, filtration, pH adjustment, air stripping (one shallow tray and two packed tower air strippers), and carbon adsorption. Treatment of off gas from air stripper and from soil vapor includes catalytic oxidation with scrubber for pH adjustment. Pristine Superfund Site, Reading, OH.
- O&M Project Manager for 50–gpm groundwater and 250–cfm soil vapor treatment system for source related soil and groundwater at the Miami County Incinerator Site, Troy, OH.
- Project Manager/O&M Manager for design construction, operation and maintenance of treatment system of petroleum impacted soil and groundwater at a site for a Fortune 100 company. Project required immediate initiation and completion within 12 months. We received a "No Further Action Letter" from Ohio's BUSTR in 11 months — ahead of schedule and under budget.
- Project Manager/Senior Hydrogeologist for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of a three–well horizontal soil vapor extraction system with a thermal oxidizer for treatment of gasoline–rich vapors for a Fortune 100 company in Cincinnati. This included designing and conducting various pilot tests for determining optimum operation efficiency, obtaining PTI and PTO for the off gas, and preparing required re-ports to the Region V USEPA and Ohio EPA.
- Project Manager of Remedial Action including the design, construction, and the OM&M of an in–situ biodegradation and high pressure liquid ring vapor extraction treatment facility for impacted soil and groundwater at a former coal tar site. Stamford, CT.
- Project Manager/Site Coordinator for the Remedial Action including design and construction, and operation, maintenance and monitoring of in–situ and ex–situ biodegradation, and groundwater extraction/treatment system for petroleum impacted soil and groundwater at a glass container manufacturer. Millville, NJ.
- Project Manager/Site Coordinator for the Remedial Action including design and construction, and O&M and monitoring of in–situ biodegradation, and groundwater extraction/treatment system for petroleum impacted soil and groundwater at a Hertz rental facility in Las Vegas, NV.
